Payment

You can pay your order by using the following ways:

- Credit or Debit Card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) via PayPal
- PayPal (you need PayPal account)

 

Shipping

We are trying to process orders within 24 hours of your request. Then we need 3 to 5 days for manufacturing and dispatching. We are still a small company and we do our best not to cause any additional delays, but when we are overwhelmingly busy we might need an additional day, especially if your order is consisted of more than 5 items.

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Most of our products are made at the time of your order, especially for you. Your patience is important to us and we highly appreciate it.

Once when the package leaves our production facility it will be in the care of the courier. Bad Inka is not responsible for delivery issues or mistakes made by the courier company handling your parcel.

If you buy clothes from Bad Inka for a specific event or date, keep in mind that the only delivery time that we can guarantee is the one outlined below:

Standard Shipping

If you are located in Europe you will get your order in about 4 - 5 business days. For other countries, like USA & Canada, it takes up to 12 days. All orders are trackable once the package is cleared from local Customs Office.

Express Shipping

1-3 Business days (Very isolated places might take up to 5 days)

Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Bases is not available with this option, sorry.

All orders are trackable via the system of DHL Express.

Custоmers оutside European Union mаy also be liablе for any customs and import duty, quоtas, permits, prоduct restrictions and оther lоcal requiremеnts. We suggеst thаt you check thе requirеments in yоur cоuntry befоre plаcing an оrder.
