You can pay your order by using the following ways:

- Credit or Debit Card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) via PayPal

Shipping

We are trying to process orders within 48 hours of request.

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday as public holidays are exception.
Most of our products are produced at the time of order specifically for you. Your patience is important to us and we are thankful for it! :)

Once when the package leaves our building it remains in the care of TNT or the local post office of the country. Bad Inka is not responsible for mistakes caused by the courier companies.

If you buy clothes from Bad Inka for a specific event or date, keep in mind that the only time that we can guarantee is the one written below.

Standard Shipping 5-7 working days

If you are located in Europe you will get your goods in about 4 business days. For the other parts of the world it takes up to 12 days. All orders are trackable.

Express Shipping

2-3 Days (Not available for all countries)

Goods come no later than 3 business days after shipment. All orders are trackable..

Custоmers оutside European Union mаy also be liablе for any customs and import duty, quоtas, permits, prоduct restrictions and оther lоcal requiremеnts. We suggеst thаt you check thе requirеments in yоur cоuntry befоre plаcing an оrder.

 

 

You can return or exchange your product bought from Bad Inka there are only two rules to have in mind. 

- you have to send your return request no later than 30 days after receiving the package
- the product has to be untouched, unworn, with its labels and hygiene stickers attached to it. We cannot approve your request if the product has signs of use. Of course you can try it though.

You can choose to get your money back or to get a new product of the same value.

If the product was purchased with a discount code, you are eligible only for a store credit refund.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your order in the next 2 hours after you make the payment. After that it will be too late, because the order is processed and we can not accept your request :(
