We are looking for a Customer Service Manager with a whatever-it-takes mindset to keep our expanding customer service department running in an efficient manner. The perfect candidate is proficient in using tools such as contact center and workforce management software and has previous experience interacting with customers and leading a team of employees.

✮ Responsibilities:
- Upgrade existing customer service procedures, policies and tools
- Mentor and develop customer service agents
- Supervise day-to-day operations
- Handle complicated customer cases
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them
- Analyze statistics, compile reports and look for the signal in the noise
- Participate in hiring more staff and in staff evaluation
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to streamline adjacent processes

- Constructive, level-headed, autonomous and hands-on work style
- Ability to properly calibrate problems and focus on what matters the most
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and do more with less
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service positions
- A minimum of 1 year of team leader experience
- Proficiency in using customer service software
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Background in fashion and e-commerce is a huge plus
