- Communicating with fans & buyers via e-mail, Etsy convos & social media
- Implementing company policies during all client interaction
- Ensuring compliance with the established procedures and make improvements
- Ensuring efficient communication with Marketing and Sales team when needed
- Supporting Marketing team with different tasks

✮ You possess:
- Proficiency in written English
- Computer literacy is an absolute must
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt to situations with fast pace
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Background in Zendesk is a plus
- Background in fashion and e-commerce is a huge plus
