✮ We are looking for an E-Commerce Content Specialist to create and manage online product content across our ecommerce stores. This includes product pictures, descriptions, variations, prices, SKUs, etc. The perfect candidate has an efficiency-oriented and whatever-it-takes mindset as well as a few years of experience, preferably on platforms like Shopify, Etsy and/or Amazon.

Responsibilities:
- Create, edit and optimise listings in Shopify and Etsy
- Make regular audits and changes on product listings including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and other product details
- Upload and update product images
- Make website changes
- Monitor and report on inventory and sales
- Provide support in other areas such as SEO and market research
- Work closely with other in-house teams such as Product Dev, Marketing and Customer Service

- Good English knowledge

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with content management for e-commerce projects
- Experience with Shopify and Etsy is a huge plus
