You can return or exchange your Badinka order, there are only two thing to keep in mind: 

- you have to send your return request no later than 30 days after receiving the package and wait for return instructions
- the product has to be unworn, with its labels and hygiene stickers attached to it. Products that have been signs of use will not be refunded.

You can choose to get your money back or get a new product of the same value.

If the product was purchased with a discount code, you are eligible only for a store credit refund.

Where to return:

Please, contact us and let us know your reason for the return, so we can provide return instructions. Orders that have been sent back to an address we didn't provide, will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that your order will be processed and we won't be able to cancel it.
