RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you don’t like your item\s for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
* Refunds of sale/discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent) except for orders made with a “welcome” 10% discount code
*All items of orders placed with a Buy One Get One code are considered discounted and only eligible for store credit refund upon returning

* It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once your return is received
* Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
* Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs

We're sorry but orders can’t be canceled once placed - they go straight into production.

WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
There are some item's we don’t take back:
* Anything worn, altered or washed
* Face Masks and Bandanas
Our return & exchange policy does not apply for anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags.
Please, don't abuse your return possibility. If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and won't be able to issue credit.
HOW DO I SENT BACK MY RETURN?
We will arrange the return shipment for you via FedEx. The carrier will pick up the package from your address, and you can schedule the pickup at a time that suits you.
Once you email your return request to hello@badinka.com, you’ll receive detailed instructions from our team.
If you prefer, you can also return the item using your local postal service. Please note that this option is usually more expensive and less convenient. For the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend using the return process above
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new one for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund.
BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
If the product was purchased with a discount code, you are eligible only for a store credit refund.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Processing returns takes up to 5 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cuz we wanna make ya happy!
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month BB, we won't be able to help. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we reserve the right to request photos, screenshots, etc.
