WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you don’t like your item\s for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

* Refunds of sale/discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent) except for orders made with a “welcome” 10% discount code

*All items of orders placed with a Buy One Get One code are considered discounted and only eligible for store credit refund upon returning
* Check which items are ineligible for return below* It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once your return is received
* Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
* Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs

WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

There are some item's we don’t take back:

* Anything worn, altered or washed
* Face Masks and Bandanas

Our return & exchange policy does not apply for anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags.

Please, don't abuse your return possibility. If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and won't be able to issue credit.

HOW DO I SENT BACK MY RETURN?

Contact us at hello@badinka.com with information regarding your request. Please prepare your order number and reason for return in advance. We will send you instructions right after.

Please have in mind that:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders that have been sent back without our knowledge and/or to an address that has not been provided directly by us after a return request, will not be refunded.
  • Orders that have been rejected upon delivery are only eligible for store credits.
  • Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. Orders that have not been delivered due to lack of payment of such fees will not be refunded. Partial refund is available only after we deduct all manufacturing, shipping and return costs from the total paid by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages. In such cases, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to contact the delivery service responsible and seek reimbursement.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new one for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund.

BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

If the product was purchased with a discount code, you are eligible only for a store credit refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Processing returns takes up to 5 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cuz we wanna make ya happy!

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?

Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month BB, we won't be able to help. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we reserve the right to request photos, screenshots, etc.
