RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you don’t like your item\s for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return for store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded
- Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only, except for orders placed using the 10% welcome code, which remain eligible for a refund to the original payment method
- Orders placed with a Buy One Get One promotion are considered discounted and are eligible for store credit only
- Orders sent back to an address not provided by us will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can’t be canceled once placed, as they go straight into production. If you need to make a change, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
WHAT ITEMS AREN’T ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Our return & exchange policy does not apply to items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
After submitting your return request and receiving approval, you will receive detailed instructions and a shipping label from our team.
If you prefer, you may also arrange the return shipping on your own. Please note that this option is usually more expensive and less convenient. In either case, please begin by submitting the return form so we can provide the return address and next steps.
BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
Orders placed with a discount code are eligible for store credit only, including orders placed using a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion. The only exception are orders using the 10% Welcome code, which remain eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are processed within 5 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
If you’ve received your order and something isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may ask for photos or screenshots to review the issue.
