RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you don’t like your item\s for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return for store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded
- All items in orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only, except for orders placed using the 10% welcome code, which remain eligible for a refund to the original payment method
- All items in orders placed with a Buy One Get One promotion are eligible for store credit only
- Orders sent back to an address not provided by us will not be refunded
- Package Protection is a non-refundable service and is not eligible for a refund or store credit
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can’t be canceled once placed, as they go straight into production. If you need to make a change, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
WHAT ITEMS AREN’T ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Our return & exchange policy does not apply to items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
After submitting your return request and receiving approval, you will receive detailed instructions and a shipping label from our team.
If you prefer, you may also arrange the return shipping on your own. Please note that this option is usually more expensive and less convenient. In either case, please begin by submitting the return form so we can provide the return address and next steps.
BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
All items from orders placed using a discount code or promotional code are eligible for store credit only. This includes Buy One, Get One (BOGO) orders - when a BOGO code is applied, all items in the order are eligible for store credit only, including items that do not appear discounted at checkout.
The only exception is orders placed using the 10% Welcome code, which remain eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Package Protection is not eligible for a refund or store credit.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are processed within 5 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
If you’ve received your order and something isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may ask for photos or screenshots to review the issue.
