Cancellation policy:

We're sorry but orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed — they go straight into production. Please double-check our size chart and policies before you hit checkout.

Return policy:

You can return or exchange your Badinka order, there are only two thing to keep in mind: 

- you have to send your return request no later than 30 days after receiving the package and wait for return instructions
- the product has to be unworn, with its labels attached to it. Products that have been signs of use will not be refunded.

If the product was purchased with a discount code, you are eligible only for a store credit refund.

Where to return:

Please, contact us and let us know your reason for the return, so we can provide return instructions. Orders that have been sent back to an address we didn't provide, will not be refunded.
