HOW TO RETURN

You can return or exchange your Badinka order within 30 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email us at hello@badinka.com with your order number and reason for return.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Items must be unworn and with all labels attached. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
  
• If your order was placed using a discount code, you are eligible for a store credit refund only, except for orders made with the 10% welcome code.
  
• All items purchased with a Buy One Get One code are considered discounted and are eligible for store credit only if returned.
  
• Orders sent back to an address not provided by us will not be refunded.
  
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  

Once you email your return request, you’ll receive detailed instructions from our team on how the return process works.

We can arrange the return shipment for you via FedEx using our preferential rates. The carrier will pick up the package from your address at a time that suits you. The return label cost depends on your location and package weight. We’ll confirm the amount with you before booking the pickup, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer, you can also return the item using your local postal service. Please note that this option is usually more expensive and less convenient. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using the return process above.

CANCELLATIONS

We're sorry but orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed – they go straight into production.
