Payment by Debit/Credit Card
- Payment by debit/credit card via VPOS.
- Accepted card types: debit, credit and business cards issued by Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
- Transactions are processed through the security programs Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure.
- We do not store any bank card data used for payments through the website.
- If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment.
Prices of Products and Services Offered by BadInka
Prices on this site are listed in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and payment within the Republic of Bulgaria can be performed only in this currency. Payments from other countries can be made in other currencies.
BadInka has the right to change prices without notice. If during the contract an error in the price is established, BadInka has the right to cancel it or change it after informing you. All prices listed on the site include 20% VAT.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are offered on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis. BadInka expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the Client from BadInka or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
BadInka makes no warranty regarding Products or Services purchased or obtained through the Services or any transactions entered into through the Services.
Limited Liability
The Client is solely responsible for the content of its messages, communications and actions through the Services.
The Client agrees that any and all use of Services is at the Client's sole risk. BadInka does not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. No claims or guarantees are made by BadInka as to the accuracy or reliability of Services and Products unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
The Client also agrees that BadInka shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Client's business or any third party resulting from the use of Services.
Notwithstanding the above, the Client's exclusive remedies for all damages, losses and causes of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total BGN amount paid by the Client during the term of the Agreement for Services, including any reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
Entire Understanding
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between BadInka and the Client with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall be attached to any Agreement for Services.
BadInka reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. The changes will be announced on our Website.
