We process orders from Monday to Friday, with public holidays being an exception. Processing time is 24 hrs for in-stock items and 4-6 business days for made to order items. Most of our items are made to order and produced especially for you.

Please note that during holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's processing time may increase by several additional days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also opt in to live tracking updates via text message from your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking is not yet visible, your order is still being processed.

2. Click “Track My Shipment” next to your order
3. If this option is not available, your order is still being processed

Orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and Australia are delivered with no additional charges upon arrival.

Orders shipped to other destinations may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs handling fees depending on the destination country.

If your order arrived damaged, or if you cannot locate it after it has been marked as delivered, please contact us. Orders with Package Protection are covered against damage, loss, and theft. We will review each claim and may request supporting information (such as photos, screenshots, or other relevant details) as part of our investigation.

Carrier information is required for all claims. We may work directly with the carrier or ask you to contact them in order to obtain additional information regarding the shipment and delivery status. As carriers can often provide the fastest updates regarding delivery issues, we recommend contacting them directly as well.
