We process orders from Monday to Friday, with public holidays being an exception. Processing time is 24 hrs for in-stock items and 4-6 business days for made to order items. Most of our items are made to order and produced especially for you.

Please note that during holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's processing time may increase by several additional days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also opt in to live tracking updates via text message from your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking is not yet visible, your order is still being processed.

2. Click “Track My Shipment” next to your order
3. If this option is not available, your order is still being processed

Orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and Australia are delivered with no additional charges upon arrival.

Orders shipped to other destinations may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs handling fees depending on the destination country.

Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the selected carrier (DHL, FedEx, or the destination country’s local postal service). We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by the shipping provider.

Orders without Package Protection are not covered for lost, stolen, tampered, or carrier-delayed shipments.

To file a claim for a lost package, a confirmation from the courier stating that the parcel has been officially declared “lost” is required. Claims cannot be processed without this confirmation.
