In-stock items are processed within 24 hours on business days. Most of our items are made to order, so processing typically takes 4–6 business days.

Once processed and shipped, delivery times are:

• Standard: 6–10 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is still being processed.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used on any purchase on our website.

You can choose to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient or to yourself. Gift cards do not expire.

You can select from a range of Badinka designs when purchasing. The gift card is delivered by email and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully spent.

Orders go straight into production, so changes or cancellations are not possible once placed.
